The First Visit — What to Expect

Bringing home a new puppy or kitten is one of life's great joys. At Mulgrave Veterinary Clinic, we love meeting new patients and helping their families get off to the right start. Your first visit is a relaxed, informative consultation — not a rushed appointment.

Our veterinarians will perform a thorough head-to-tail examination, discuss your pet's vaccination schedule, and answer every question you have — no matter how small. We believe an informed pet owner is the best advocate for their animal.

Your First Visit Checklist

• First health examination & parasite check
• Core vaccination schedule (C3 or C5 for dogs, F3 for cats)
• Microchipping (legally required in Victoria)
• Desexing advice and scheduling
